Of course, this is not to say that western medicine is always the best option. There are many cases where the body’s innate ability to heal is the best course of action, especially when it comes to conditions caused by certain lifestyle choices and habits.

All in all, it is fair to say that inner healing is not really a fad – the body is a complex organism that has the main goal of remaining healthy, and alive.
Unlike “machines,” the body has systems in place that allow it to repair itself and recover.
